Your current plan
Open Settings → Billings. The Current Plan panel shows the plan your workspace is on. From the same page you can upgrade, open the billing portal, and download past invoices.
Plans and limits

The article limit counts articles that are published. Drafts and trashed articles do not count toward it, so moving an article to the trash frees a slot.
Upgrade or change plan
- Open Settings → Billings.
- Compare the plans in the Upgrade Plan section.
- Choose the plan you want and complete checkout.
- The new limits apply as soon as the subscription is active.
Invoices and billing portal
- Billing History lists each invoice with its date, plan, amount, and status.
- Choose an invoice to open the hosted copy.
- Manage Billing opens the billing portal, where you can update payment details and download receipts.
Analytics
Analytics summarises how your publication is performing. Depending on your plan, you can see:
- Total articles, total views, and average views per article.
- Total shares, review comments, total words, and average read time.
- Top articles, best-performing hub, and author performance.
- Views over time and articles published over time.
- Top categories and tags by views.
- Pipeline state distribution, most shared articles, and an engagement leaderboard.
Basic analytics is included on lower plans. Advanced analytics, including deeper performance breakdowns, is available on higher plans.
Note: If a limit is reached, Narranta blocks the action that would exceed it and tells you which limit applies. Upgrading or freeing space resolves it.
