1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Narranta (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Narranta provides a software platform for organizational management and documentation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice or liability to you.

3. No Warranties ("AS IS")

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Narranta disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and title. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

4. Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL NARRANTA, ITS OWNERS, OR OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) the use or inability to use the Service; (ii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; (iii) statements or conduct of any third party on the Service; or (iv) any other matter relating to the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service in the last 12 months, or $10.00 USD, whichever is less.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Narranta and its operators from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

6. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for any data, text, information, and other content that you submit, post, or display on or via the Service. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to remove content that we determine in our sole discretion is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Narranta operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
