Terms of Use

Effective date: September 13, 2026

These terms govern access to and use of Narranta, including its editorial planning, collaboration, review, approval, and publishing workflow features.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Narranta, you agree to these Terms and any policies linked from them. If you use Narranta on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

Narranta provides tools for teams to plan, create, review, approve, organize, and publish content. Features, limits, integrations, and availability may change as the service develops.

Narranta is not a substitute for your own editorial judgment, legal review, backup process, or security controls.

3. Accounts and Workspaces

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for protecting login credentials and activity under your account.
  • Workspace administrators control invitations, permissions, and access to workspace content.
  • You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access or security issues.

4. Plans and Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, the applicable price, billing interval, included limits, taxes, and any trial terms will be shown before you complete the purchase.

  • Subscriptions renew according to the billing interval presented at checkout unless cancelled before renewal.
  • You authorize the selected payment provider to charge applicable fees and taxes.
  • You may cancel according to the controls or instructions provided with your plan. Cancellation and refund rules should be confirmed in the applicable order or billing terms.
  • We may restrict or suspend paid features for overdue or failed payments after reasonable notice where required by law.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of articles, comments, attachments, and other content you submit to Narranta. You grant Narranta a limited, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit the content and for the content your workspace makes available to other users.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use Narranta to:

  • Break the law, infringe rights, or violate another person’s privacy.
  • Upload malware, malicious code, or content intended to disrupt the service.
  • Attempt unauthorized access, probe systems, or bypass security or usage limits.
  • Send spam, impersonate another person, or abuse invitations and communications.
  • Use the service to store or process highly sensitive information unless expressly agreed with Narranta.

7. Intellectual Property

Narranta and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, branding, documentation, and related technology. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.

8. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Narranta or close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment, or where necessary to protect the service or its users.

Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Before launch, Narranta should document the export window, deletion schedule, and any exceptions for backups or legal retention after termination.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided AS IS and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Narranta will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses. Any liability cap, exclusions, and exceptions must be confirmed for the applicable jurisdiction and customer type before publication.

You agree to indemnify and hold Narranta harmless from claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights, subject to applicable law.

10. General Terms

The legal entity, governing law, venue, dispute process, and notice method should be completed here before publication. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

The Privacy Policy describes how Narranta handles personal information. Separate data-processing terms may apply when Narranta processes information on behalf of a business customer.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service or applicable law changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply to future use.
